Shipping policy

In brief:

• We ship within Canada only. Ontario delivery is priced by zone from $100 (Toronto and Mississauga) to $400 (Ottawa area). Orders outside those zones are shipped door to door through our freight partner and quoted by size, weight and address.
• Standard delivery is curbside or front door; White Glove delivery with 4-hour time slots is available in South/Central Ontario.
• In-stock items typically leave our warehouse within 5–7 business days. Made-to-order items show their lead time on the product page; allow 2–3 weeks, longer in peak season (April–July).
• Free pickup at our Mississauga showroom, 2550 Goldenridge Rd Unit 16. Email orders@wickerpark.ca to schedule.
