Company Information
Are you a Canadian company?
Yes. WickerPark is a family-owned Canadian company based in Mississauga, Ontario. We design and manufacture our all-weather wicker, recycled plastic and Sunbrella cushion collections here, and deliver across Canada.
Do you have a showroom where I can see the furniture?
Yes. Our showroom is at 2550 Goldenridge Rd, Unit 16, Mississauga. Every collection is on the floor and our full Sunbrella swatch library is there to browse. See Contact for hours and directions.
Is your furniture made in Canada?
Yes. Our Lovett, Lovett Vive and Adorna collections, Muskoka chairs, Sunbrella cushions and pillows, and weather covers are made in Canada. Frontier fire pits are welded in Ontario and Hearthstone concrete fire tables are cast in British Columbia. We also carry Nardi, made in Italy. Do you sell to designers, builders or commercial projects?
Yes. We supply designers, property managers, restaurants and condo developments. Email orders@wickerpark.ca with your project and quantities.
Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
Across Canada only. Ontario delivery is priced by zone; see Shipping, Orders & Returns for the rate table. Outside Ontario, contact us for a quote.
How long does it take to receive my order?
In-stock items: leave our warehouse within 5 to 7 business days. Made-to-order and custom fabric: 2 to 3 weeks. Peak season (April to July) can run longer. Once your order is ready, contact orders@wickerpark.ca to schedule delivery or pickup.
What does delivery include?
Standard delivery is curbside; you can ask the driver to bring furniture to the outdoor space of your house or condo. The delivery team does not remove packaging. White Glove delivery runs Wednesday to Sunday in 4-hour windows in South and Central Ontario. Details on Shipping, Orders & Returns.
Does the furniture come assembled?
The Lovett collection arrives fully assembled. Other collections may require light assembly; it is the customer's responsibility to un-carton and assemble unless White Glove delivery is arranged.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup at the Mississauga showroom is free. Contact orders@wickerpark.ca to book a time, and bring help for large items; showroom staff may not be able to load.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay online, plus Affirm financing at checkout. In the showroom we also accept debit.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through Affirm. Choose it at checkout to split your purchase into monthly payments.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed until they are scheduled for delivery or pickup. Custom fabric orders cannot be cancelled after a 24-hour grace period. Contact us as soon as possible.
Do you price match or offer price adjustments?
If the price of an item you bought drops within 14 days, you may be eligible for a one-time refund of the difference on the exact item, colour and fabric. Excludes Black Friday and Boxing Week promotions.
Product Information & Care
Can the furniture stay outside all year?
Wicker, recycled plastic, aluminum frames, fire pits and fire tables can stay out through a Canadian winter, ideally under a cover. Cushions and pillows should be stored dry indoors or in a sealed deck box. Full instructions on Care & Maintenance.
How do I clean my furniture?
Mild soap and water for every material we sell. No pressure washers, no abrasives. Material-by-material steps are on Care & Maintenance, and Sunbrella stain removal is on How to Clean Sunbrella Fabric.
Are the cushion covers removable and washable?
Yes. Every WickerPark cushion cover unzips on marine-grade, mildew-resistant zippers. Machine wash cold, air dry, and put the cover back on while slightly damp.
Can Sunbrella cushions be left in the rain?
Yes. Sunbrella is water-resistant and dries quickly. Stand cushions on edge after heavy rain so the foam drains. See Can Sunbrella Cushions Be Left in the Rain?
Are your covers waterproof?
They are weather-resistant and breathable rather than sealed, so trapped moisture cannot build up and mildew. In heavy rain some water may reach the frame. Stand cushions upright before covering, and tent the cover so water runs off.
Can I get custom cushions or a custom size?
Yes. Choose from over 500 Sunbrella fabrics, and we make cushions, pillows and complete sets to order in Mississauga. Lead time 2 to 3 weeks. See Custom Orders.
Can you make replacement cushions for a set I already own?
Yes, for WickerPark sets. Send your set and dimensions to orders@wickerpark.ca and we will quote it as a custom order.
Do you sell replacement parts?
Some, depending on the product and its age. Email a photo of the part and the product to orders@wickerpark.ca and we will advise.
My steel fire pit is rusting. Is that normal?
Yes. Frontier fire pits are carbon steel and develop a patina. It does not affect performance. To refresh the finish, wire-brush and apply our high-heat fire pit spray, available in the showroom.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes. Coverage varies by collection; see Warranty & Refunds. Following the care instructions is the condition of the warranty.
What is your return policy?
Change your mind before the order is received and we will cancel it. After receipt, returns on eligible in-stock items in new condition within 7 days, at our discretion, with a restocking fee. Sale items, custom orders, demo and floor models are final sale. Full policy on Shipping, Orders & Returns.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging, and we will resolve it.
