Our Response to COVID-19
In accordance with the provincial law, we are confident WickerPark is part of the long list of "Manufacturing and production" businesses allowed to stay open during the pandemic. To help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our communities we are taking extra precautions and have decided to operate our retail/warehouse by appointment only and are running with a “skeleton” staff. Kindly note that our response/support time may be longer than normal.
We continue to offer delivery on orders, with our warehouse teams adhering to safety protocols and going the extra mile to keep our facilities clean and sanitized—and keep themselves and others safe with proper social distancing at all times. Pickups are still allowed; however, we ask you kindly schedule time with our staff so as we can prepare and serve you at a safe distance.
We are open online and working around the clock to help you shop seamlessly via our websites. Our Customer Service and Business Sales teams, as well as the talented professionals behind our design services, are all working from home and would be delighted to hear from you via web chat or phone.
